The Covenant University post-graduate (M.Sc.) programme in Architecture is designed to enable graduates acquire the necessary research tools in effectively addressing the problems in the teaching and the practice of Architecture. Graduates of the programmes are expected to play both academic and practitioners’ roles but also to engage in the decision-making process of effecting a built environment. Central to the educational philosophy of the programmes is the absolute commitment to effective creative design and to the development of a thought-process that enables a culturally-sound human environment. The educational experience is focused on enhancing knowledge of the analytical tools required in advancing knowledge in the Environmental Sciences. Interdisciplinary approaches as well as multidimensional strategies will be explored in researching into the built environment.
